Saturday, Oct. 18 at 12:00 NOON Mellons Chapel to Reedsville on Deckers Steve Knudsen 304-906-3483
(**, T). 26 miles. Meet at the trail head at mile marker 6 at Mellons Chapel (Drive east on Rt 7 to Pixlar Road, drive up Pixlar Road to the trail head.). We will bike up Decker’s to Reedsville, to the Dairy Queen. After ice cream, we will bike down to the start.
 
Sunday, Oct. 19 at 12:00 NOON Confluence to Rockwood Kelly Williams 304-276-5530
(**,T) 38 miles. Meet at the Confluence trail parking lot, located next to  the wooden bridge that crosses the Youghiogheny  River. We will bike up the trail to Rockwood on the GAP, have lunch, then return to the start.
NOTE: If there is a chance of rain or snow that day, the ride is cancelled.

Right now, there is a 75% chance of rain on Sunday. I will decise Saturday whether or not to cancel the ride. Kelly

I’m changing Sunday’s ride to Noon, Sunday, from Wendy’s, going south on the Mon River Trail.
The prediction is for rain and thunderstorms on Sunday. I would rather be here than in PA if it storms. Sorry. Kelly

Looks like Sunday is a bust anyway with forecast of 90% chance of rain starting in the morning and lasting all day.

Ive never ridden on the GAP.  Looking forward to it whenever it could happen.  Saturday looks to be beautiful.

As of now, the GAP ride has been cancelled. The forecast for Sunday is 80 to 90 percent chance of rain.
We will have to ride the GAP some other time.
Please join us Saturday noon for a Decker’s Creek ride to Reedsville then to the D Q.
Sunday noon we will go south, but remember if it’s raining that ride will be canceled. Kelly
