Fwd: Today’s ride

Team CRC,

    We had lots of riders at 9:30 AM today, Mike H., Tom P., Jennifer P., Steve K (took picture), Lynn C., James L., Tim, and Mr. Carbon in Red. Mike and Mr. Carbon continued beyond Masontown, and Randy did 12 miles getting to/from ride start. 

Ride leader was Randy M., total miles 23 for out and back riders. The trail was cold where the shaft is near the snack shack. There was a nasty joint at the limestone mine, plus there was heavy equipment on the move. Otherwise, it was getting hot near the end. Moving time was about 2:15, average speed about 10.4 mph, no raindrops were falling on my head.
