Not sure about bike trainers and stationary. I would feel more secure at the gym and be able to work harder. I have a spinner that I can use while watching Netflix upstairs! But overall I can't wait to get back on the Niner (bike).

I admire all of you keeping in shape through the Winter.  Back here in Phoenix we won’t ride unless the temp is at least 65 and need to apply copious amounts of sunscreen.
