• SOLID and DRY principles 
• SAFe
• TDD/BDD/ATDD/DDD
• Source Control and Continuous Integration 
• LEAN software development 
• Reducing the cost of change using eXtreme Programming  

What we are looking for in a Developer: 

• Hands on experience in Agile development practices like Test Driven Development, Continuous integration, and pair programming.
• Avid learner proficient in multiple object oriented languages and willing to continue to hone their craft and develop new skills.
• Should have an understanding of object oriented design and development principles such as SOLID and DRY.
• Also expected to have strong technical and business acumen to deliver as much value to the client as possible.
• Extensive professional Agile/eXtreme programming experience or Paired Programming experience.
• 5+ year development experience.
• Experience with iOS and Android mobile development
