Position: Salesforce Technical Lead 

Location: Austin, TX 

Duration: 12+months

Face 2 Face,,!!!

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop front end UI/UX components in Javascript, CSS, HTML, C# as well as Visual Force and APEX on the Salesforce.com platform and Microsoft .NET / SQL Server
  • Write technical specifications and design documents for offshore teams and assign the tasks on a daily basis to individual team members
  • Manage the progress and successful completion of all development tasks that have been assigned to offshore team members
  • Lead technical architecture and technical design sessions with customers and customer’s IT group leads
  • Propose sound technical architecture and designs to customers
  • Manage the tickets and bugs and coordinate with offshore for fixes and resolution
  • Manage software development team members
  • Provide guidance and architecture services to our customers
  • Provide technical solution design services to customers needing solution design guidance
  • Manage the overall technical project plan for multiple projects and working with the project managers to manage complex implementations
  • Make sound technical and architectural decisions and convert them into practical technical design documents for developers and quality assurance engineers
  • Write detailed technical design documents and technical specifications for assignment
  • Manage the day to day technical activities, keeping the project on track from a technical perspective
  • Teach junior team members and provide technical guidance, quality checking code and developed components
  • Interface with offshore to provide development guidance  and prototyping solutions
  • Provide technical design by being hands on during the entire development cycle
  • Document technical specifications, provide design documents and work with customers, as well as development team members, in reviewing and refining these documents

Requirements: 

  • Hands on expertise in HTML/CSS, Javascript, jQuery and other front end programming and markup languages
  • Web Applications and Web Services Development background in .NET to integrate SQL server or other databases to other systems
  • Expertise in: C# .NET, Salesforce.com APEX/VisualForce
  • Aptitude to learn new languages proactively
  • Expertise in database technologies like Oracle, Sql Server or MySQL
  • Expertise in XML Webservices, REST APIs, JSON or comparable technologies
  • Ability to communicate fluently with onshore customer teams and offshore development teams to make sound decisions on technical issues
  • Ability to provide creative solutions to customers
  • Leadership skills
  • Previous experience managing technical teams on multiple small and large projects
  • Salesforce.com expertise (preferred)
