You can visit their website and blog, learn how they craft their sales letter and blog post. You can also subscribe to some of the affiliate marketers list and see how they make their offer to you. Read their guide and ebook and look for the differences among your competitors.
Your job at the beginning of affiliate marketing is not to win over your competitors as that might be more difficult than climbing the Mount Everest. Just observe what your competitors are doing and apply what is working for them.
