trouble!!!!!!!!!

Hey every one i need some help. My birthday was tuesday and i got a
traxxas rustler xl-5. i drove it until saturday and night it stopped
running and started smoking and getting very hot(the motor). This
happened during a hill climb i had built on the side of a creek bed
in my back yard and yess it is very steep. so the next day i brought
it to hobby town and he said sometimes you can get a bad motor that
burn out real quick. So i bought a new one so i broke it in saturday
and sprayed wd-40 on the bushing as i was advised. so then i went back
to my hill climb and it works okay so i bring it back and hoes it off
and wd-40 it for the night. the next day i go back to my climb and the
motor quits on me after two runs. no smoke nothin it just stopped. i
brought it back up and hooked the esc up to another old motor and it
ran so there is no prob there but can any one help me or give me a
suggestion on a better motor (i will be getting a vxl when i save up
from umpiring)
