Hello chamber music players and aficionados!
I like to keep these messages short, but, as we're getting down to the
wire, I need to pack in a few extra details.
Mailing list management: If you have any concerns or difficulty
with
your subscription to this list, I will be glad to help you. Or you can
manage your own subscription preferences and review past e-mail
messages all from
this
page.
Chamber Music Weekend is
June 14 - 18 this year. The
registration
discount deadline is about one week from today: after
May 1 the
price per player
goes up a bit. There's also a grace period for payments: if you
register by May 1, you can pay as late as May 10 and still qualify for
the early-bird rate.
Our website includes a
number of
photos
from our 2005 weekend. And you can
register on-line.
If you have any
questions, please ask us. Perhaps you haven't
attended
any of the sessions in the last eight summers and you're curious about
them: if so, we'd love to tell you about it. Pick any of us from
this page and
send us an e-mail. Or just reply to this message. We run these
weekends because we love playing chamber music together, and we want to
share the experience and the enjoyment with you. So, naturally, we'll
be happy to tell you all about it!
One more note:
please spread the word. We have lost touch with
a
number of players from years past due to e-mail address changes and
other such things. So if you know someone who should be part of CMW,
or has been in the past, perhaps a music teacher, a student or a
professional string player, whether family, friend, or someone you know
at work, school or church, please encourage them to get in touch with
us.
I hope to see you in June!
Kind regards,
Daniel
