The Ninth Annual Chamber Music Weekend is well past us now. We so
enjoyed the company of each of you who attended this year. It was a
treat for us to hear, share, and enjoy together so much wonderful music
in the presence of so many dear people. Thank you for coming.
For those who weren't able to attend this year, please know that we
missed you very much, and we do hope you'll be able to join us for
the next CMW--our Tenth Anniversary!
The dates have been set for next year--JUNE 20-23, 2007. Please put us
on your calender! The website has been updated, with pictures from this
year and new information. Please visit us at
www.chambermusicweekend.org
Our most successful advertising has always been, and remains, each of
you. If you enjoyed yourself this summer, please share the news about
us with your friends, students, colleagues, and teachers. We are happy
to send you extra brochures, if you would like to pass them out. If
you know someone who should receive a brochure or be on our e-mail
list, please send us their address.
This year (2006) was the first time we provided scholarships for needy
students to participate. In order to make this opportunity available
again next summer, we need your help. If you feel that CMW provides a
valuable opportunity to these students, please consider making a
donation. Although we are not a registered non-profit organization,
any gift you give will enable an underprivileged young person to
experience intensive training in sight-reading, exposure to a vast
amount of chamber music literature, and the joy of making music with
friends of all ages.

P.S. There were a couple of items left with us at CMW 2006 which we
would like to return to their owners. Three pieces of violin music and
