clipsjni.jar?

hi all,

i'm new to clips. i mainly develop in smalltalk and java.

i downloaded clips 6.4 and i've built clipsclrwrapper and clipsjni dlls. 

i have 2 questions: 

1) smalltalk (dolphin flavor) enables you to access an external dll. generally this is accomplished by registering the dll with windows and generating a tlb file. after this dolphin generates all the exported function stubs. the problem is that i cannot successfully register the clipsclrwrapper with windows. error says dllregistrationserver can't find an entry-point in the dll. has anyone else experienced problems registering this dll?

2) the download i did has no clipsjni.jar which is referenced in the interface manual. has anyone seen this?
