Hello,
Batching bloadtest.tst reports an error, and prints erroneous value 'FALSE'.
$ ./clips -f bloadtest.tst
CLIPS (6.4.3 11/11/25)
CLIPS> (load bloadtest.clp)
+::+:
TRUE
CLIPS> (bsave bloadtest.bin)
TRUE
CLIPS> (clear)
CLIPS> (bload bloadtest.bin)

FALSE
I guess the bload restores the defglobal ?*cells* at first,
even though the other arguing defglobals are not restored yet.
How should I modify the program to execute the bload successfully ?
