My last project on Expert system was a successful and I thank  you everyone for helping me out

Now for my semester project I am working under developing of Basic: Early Warning Flood System using Clips.

So what are the parameters should I consider  and how to get data of my requirement.

If any sample of Early warning system is there then plz suggest me.
