Hi, folks,

I am now working on the upgrade script to allow auto upgrade of v.0.30.1
data to v.0.31.1 (the next formal release). However, the upgrade script
is now getting pretty big and convoluted. To allow more efficient
processing of the upgrade script, I am cutting away the parts that allow
upgrading from prior to v.0.29.1. Thus, v.0.31.1 will only support data
upgrade from,

v.0.29.1 and v.0.30.1

If you are running an installation prior to v.0.29.1, you should now
upgrade to v.0.30.1 as soon as possible.
