ISPIC Updates

Dear colleagues:

 

I anticipate I’ll see many of you today at TSP or throughout the week at NASP, but for those I don’t personally connect with, here are a few ISPIC updates!

1. Our APA Site Visit is scheduled! It will be May 19-21. If you completed an ISPIC internship or had a student complete an internship with ISPIC between 2016 and 2025 and are willing to participate, please reach out to me.
2. We filled six of twelve of our positions in Phase I of the match last Friday. If you have students in Phase II, please put them in touch with us. We have 8 interns in our cohort right now who are an amazing group, and any one of them would be willing to talk 1:1 with your students if they have any questions or hesitations about interning with us here in Illinois next year.
3. Lastly, for alumni, all the Illinois programs and ISPIC are having a “reunion” mixer at NASP on Thursday 2/26 3:30-5:15 in the Hyatt Regency, West Tower, Commiskey Room, Concourse Level. Come meet our new Training Director, Dr. Gina Bartucci-Andriusis! We have a new ISPIC logo and new ISPIC merch. Please join the “ISPIC Alumni” FB page to keep up to date.
