I wanted to share an exciting opportunity in our Department of Counseling and Psychological Services at Georgia State University. We are currently accepting applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in our School Psychology PhD and MEd/EdS programs.

We are particularly interested in scholars whose research, teaching, and service align with areas such as school mental health, consultation, prevention science, PBIS, inclusive education, early intervention and school readiness, and culturally responsive practices.

We are seeking an innovative scholar with a strong and focused research agenda, potential for external funding, a commitment to graduate student mentorship, and an interest in interdisciplinary and community-engaged research. We are especially interested in candidates whose scholarship translates research into meaningful practice and policy and improves outcomes for children, youth, families, and schools.
