只写了提交文章的方法

修改模板的方法，因为我也是 Jekyll 新手，所以没有写，欢迎有 skill 的少侠发 guide 说明。

虽然这个模型还是和理想的正式的组织的有差异，
我们先跑起来，大家共同发 pull request（PR）改进吧，吧。。。

PR 的意思是说，提交文章 *不需要* 是 cdlug 组织的 member，so。
燃起来吧。
