A Great Year With CDC!

First, I would like to thank all our CDC Board members and Committee
Chairs who contributed so much this past year! I would also like to
thank all of the members, volunteers, legislators, and presenters who
helped make our programs and initiatives successful throughout the
year. Our December program/Holiday party this past Saturday
demonstrated an incredible showing of support from new and long-
standing members, state and county legislators, and community
activists of all varieties.

We have seen many exciting changes this year, and as Democrats we have
a lot to be proud of. Fortunately, our recent victories also imbue us
with great responsibilities; the responsibility to govern well and
conscientiously as we hold each other accountable to the high
standards we set for ourselves.

I am looking forward to a new year of promise and hope for each of
us. As always, the Columbia Democratic Club will be here to help you
get involved and informed of the issues you care about and help us all
make positive contributions to our community! I hope you will join us
and stay active in the CDC... there's still a lot of work to do!
