Thorough knowledge of PS FSCM modules in P2P( AP,PO), O2C (BI, AR) , R2R (AM, GL)

        End-to-End understanding of Support & Maintenance project including Incident Mgmt. Problem Mgmt., Handling Service requests and providing Root Cause Analysis for issues reported within response/ resolution timings as per SLA.
