BCforward is seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP FICO Lead

Need someone who is local to MN OR previously stayed in MN

Job Title: SAP FICO Lead

Location: St Pauls, MN

Duration: 6 Months Contract 

Rate: As low as possible

US Citizen OR Green Card only 

Responsibilities:

Partner with business partners on the design and improvement of financial processes

Gather business requirements and lead the creation of technology solutions in the FI/CO space.

Guide business partners through business case development for new applications or functionality changes - including cost / benefit analysis and risk / impact analysis.

Lead, support and manage the SAP FI/CO team.

Manage the support of the SAP FI/CO modules - manage ticket requests, prioritize and resolve issues.

Perform analysis and gather requirements for the integration with other SAP modules.

Create test plans, test cases and perform functional testing.

Provide new user training as requested.  

 

Qualifications:

4 year degree in computer science, business administration, engineering or related field.

7+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst – implementing and supporting SAP FI/CO modules (AR, AP, GL, Fixed Assets, Product Costing, Credit Management, etc).

Deep experience and understanding of the financial processes and demonstrated experience with process improvement. 

Experience leading and/or managing teams

3+ full life cycle implementations of SAP FI/CO modules highly preferred.

Experience with SAP Treasury and BPC is preferred.
