Need a PeopleSoft FDM SQR Programmer

need a PeopleSoft FDM SQR programmer who is familiar with Order Management, Shipping, and Billing functionality.  We have an existing Data extract, written in SQR, that needs to be corrected including some design re-work.  We estimated about 4 weeks (20 days) to complete the re-design, development, and testing work.  We are looking to start as soon as possible.  Our timeline is to complete by the end of September. WE are willing to have a onsite/offsite candidate too .
