CCF Weekly Announcements: Lamentations and Telos Registration

Hello CCF!
Here are the announcements for this week:
1. Devotional
We will be having Bible study tomorrow, Jan 11th @7 – 8:15 PM in VEC 1402. We will be studying Lamentations 3:21-26. Feel free to look at the passage beforehand. Hope to see you there!
2. METRO-NYC GRAD Telos RETREAT 2024
Registration is NOW OPEN for the Metro-NYC Telos Retreat 2024!
Telos is a Greek word for 'purpose' or 'end'. As Graduate students seeking to know and follow God in every aspect of our lives, we know that our purpose, our end goal, is for God. This year at Telos, we will explore Scripture from 1 Peter 2 on what it looks like to navigate the world in crisis in a winsome and godly way - together as a community of faith.
Come; get away for a weekend and be with God and like-minded people. Reflect, listen, learn, and have fun as you encounter God.

3. GroupMe
If you would like to be more involved in our CCF Community, then you would love our GroupMe! This is a way we share encouragement during the week, stay up-to-date on events, and plan impromptu meetups.

4. Church
We want to make sure that everyone who is looking for a church home is able to find one. We are an inter-denominational group of believers, so it’s certainly likely to find someone in your tradition who you can attend church with! Here is a link to a google sheet of the churches people in CCF go to/have gone to in the past. If you are looking for a church, explore some of these church websites and reach out to the contact!
