CCF Announcements: Monthly Prayer Meeting & Fellowship Tomorrow, Movie Night & Potluck on Friday!

Happy Wednesday CCF Friends! 

 

While it may be rainy and dark, remember that flowers require rain to grow! As difficult as a season of rain may be, the joy in a season of flowers blooming is a wonderful sight. As James 1:2-4 says “2 Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, 3 because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. 4 Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.” 

 

We are praying that whatever season you find yourself in, you may feel the unconditional love of the Lord and the peace that only He can provide. With Him, we lack nothing! 

 

Here are the announcements for this week: 

 

1. Monthly Prayer Meeting 

Before Thursday Fellowship tomorrow, we will be meeting at 6:30pm in VEC 1402 for our monthly prayer meeting! Join us to pray for our campus and fellowship! If you have any prayer requests, please submit them here. 

 

2. Thursday Fellowship!

Join us tomorrow in VEC 1402 at 7:00 pm for Bible Study and fellowship! We’ll be studying Acts 8:26-40 and are looking forward to seeing you there! 

 

3. Movie Night & Potluck 

This Friday, April 5th we will be hosting a Potluck and Movie Night! Please check GroupMe for the time and location.

4. Church

We want to make sure that everyone who is looking for a church home can find one. We are an inter-denominational group of believers, so it’s certainly likely to find someone in your tradition who you can attend church with! Here is a link to a google sheet of the churches people in CCF go to/have gone to in the past. If you are looking for a church, explore some of these church websites and reach out to the contact!
