Hi all,

When it rains in Allentown and I don't have practice, what does that entail?

Well, my friends, it means I have time to sit and write an email.

We're three weeks in, and I sit in last place, feeling not one bit happy

Most points against by 38 makes me feel quite crappy

Then there are five others at 1-and-2, a balance of bad teams and bad luck

All scratching their heads, sitting here asking themselves "what the... heck is going on here?"

You have Tim, who's lost two and falling behind in the race

Despite scoring 50 more points than Melissa in first place

Yes, Melissa's in first, undefeated with wins over Becca, Dan, and Mike

Playing Shanker this week in a game of fantasy hut-hut-hike

I play Jay and Jill plays Kathy while I type this in Helvetica

Working from home is nice but I miss all your faces strolling AstraZeneca

Matt plays Tim while Ed and Mike play against the McGinleys

And the NFL needs more guys with names like D'Brickashaw and Jermichael Finley

I'm out of practice, I say, and while I cannot promise what's left in store

I'm not going to lie and guarantee that I swear I will write more

But as the sun goes down earlier and the summer trickles into fall
