Updating past announcements

Updating announcements sent out before the creation of this mailing
list:

- Marlene Young, formerly the Executive Director of NOVA, the President
of the World Society of Victimology, and President of the newly forming
International Organization for Victim Assistance, is tentatively our
keynote speaker; awaiting only confirmation of details before a formal
general announcement is made.

- A special panel on victims of terrorism will be held. Participants
will include family members from Air India and 9/11 tragedies, direct
service providers who have worked with victims of terrorism, and
experts from related fields.
