Cropping stacks with volume bounding box

Hi everyone,

I've made a cubed volume in the Volume Manager and I would like to crop this exact volume from our image data using the Crop tool. Does anyone know if this is feasible? The Crop tool shows x-y coordinates in pixels, but I don't see anywhere to input project coordinates (i.e., min/max bounding box values). I did see this open issue on Github from some time ago: https://github.com/catmaid/CATMAID/issues/1216 

So perhaps there isn't a frontend solution yet, but wanted to double check!
