Hey friends!
Quick supplemental email to yesterday's weekly:
Firstly, the CASJ Involvement Fair is being moved to next Tuesday, September 18th, 11am to 2pm on the Quad. Sorry for the confusion -there was a bureaucratic error on our part. Hope to see you all there!
Additionally, there are two awesome Kay events happening today and tomorrow.
Today from noon to 2pm in the Kay Lounge the Caravan for Peace will be speaking about the violence in Mexico surrounding the drug war. It will be a really powerful event...please attend!
Tomorrow (Wednesday) at 7pm in the Kay Lounge Dr Shaun Casey will be speaking about religion and the 2012 elections. If you are interested in faith organizing this might be your thing!
If you have any questions for the Coalition's organizing collective, want a table at the upcoming Social Justice Fair, or if you are interested in joining, shoot us an email at CA...@american.edu.

One last event! To follow up today's Caravan with Justice, there will be a Kay Table Talk tomorrow at noon on Violence in Mexico: a Nonviolent Response, with the Principle Deputy Assistant Secretary of Western Hemisphere Affairs at the State Department John Feeley, and the Associate Director of the Mexico Institute at the Woodrow Wilson Center for Scholars Eric Olson. They are the foremost policy makers and experts on the drug war in Mexico, and it will be an engaging event with both free lunch and discussion. Join us then!
