Zeenat Rahman, the Special Advisor of Global Youth Issues at the US Department of State, will be speaking about the work she has done to advance projects related to youth and interfaith service, and a reception will follow this. The Interfaith Council is cosponsoring this event along with the University Chaplain's Office, Center for Diversity and Inclusion, Center for Community Engagement and Service, Kennedy Political Union, and Muslim Students Association.

Candlelight Vigil for Delhi Gang-Rape Victim and Discussion on Rape:

Please join the South Asian Student Association to honor Jyoti Singh Pandey who was brutally gang-raped by 6 men in December while travelling on a public bus in New Delhi. The event will commence with a general discussion on rape and then proceed to a religious service featuring members of the Buddhist, Christian, Hindu, Jewish, and Muslim faiths.
