During Last week's call, I promised to post the Power Point of my
presentation to the Utah State Bar; here it is.
(By way of background; my co-presenter, Adam Price is a local
attorney, art sponsor and aspiring developer. He plans to construct a
mixed use condominium project out of used shipping crates; that's the
explanation for the first series of slides. The lot on which he
intends to build had an existing building on it; prior to the
demolition of the building, he invited local artists to use the space
for creation of art. The web site created in connection with that
