Dear Colleagues

I am so happy to let you all know that the CS Pact has successfully hosted a special planning meeting for the CAFs in six countries that are active under the phase three of the Tendai project

The meeting was held at Johannesburg from Saturday 12th till Tuesday 15th April 2014

The six countries are Botswana, Malawi, Swaziland, Tanzania, Zambia and Zimbabwe

The key focus of the meeting was the development and adoption of country level plans on two aspects

(a) Advocacy activities to influence policy on access to medicines

(b) Resource mobilisation and sustainability strategies
