This report looks at how the combination of solar and EVs is a vastly more effective climate and energy solution than growing corn for ethanol. It finds that there is massively greater energy output from using one acre to host solar panels vs. using one acre to grow corn to produce ethanol — sixty times more useful energy from an acre of solar than from an acre of corn.
