An Alameda-based company is testing drones that can operate in the world’s most dangerous environments.

Called DropShip, these drones can conduct tough operations without risk to aircrews or exquisite assets.

Developed by Pyka, the drone can move a meaningful mass of supplies or evacuate injured personnel in active conflict environments without putting pilots and multi-million-dollar aircraft at risk. Read More.

And soon it will be 2,000 miles.....

 

And soon such drones will be available to 'everyone' who wants one...enough....to pay for it.
