Your generosity and style resulted in a highly entertaining and productive face-to-face meeting.  As I reflect on what happened all day it is clear that location, weather, hosts, and group enthusiasm was a magical mix leading to my own personal reset on the objective of CACOR and how we deliver.  Andrew showed  amazing talent in his ability to herd cats while making notes on three flip charts each with several pages.  It really was a live stage that could be used to show  achrobats professional style.  

Our Wednesday hybrid (Zoom of live participants) at another venue will probably prove to be productive and enjoyable as well.  

I tip my hat to you all.

Rather than transcribe the output of the day into my own words, I am proposing to send a report that includes copies of the actual flipchart pages with some simple captions.  I prepared that report this evening, however, I appear to be missing a photo of one of the pages (if my memory serves me correctly).  The pages are now packed in the bottom of my car, so I may have to wait until I get back to Orangeville tomorrow to check.  My apologies.

The present file is too big to attach, so I'll have to compress it first anyway.

Please let me know if this is an acceptable way to present this material.
