I noticed the story about a Youth Climate Corps in Saturday's Globe and Mail, the first time I'd heard of it. This article referred to an earlier article about how hard it is for Carney to be PM and green (even pale green). If he'd like to be reelected, I'm sure that is correct.
A youth climate corps is probably a worthwhile project, but it's a distraction, not substantand. if you have time only to read one of these articles, I suggest you go to the second one in the attached PDF. Don't know the author, but the irony is delicious.
