What kind of lubricant does anyone use on the Marelon seacocks on your C320?
I am looking for an alternative to the "Marelube" product from Forespar
because I can't find anyone who has it in stock, and I'm due to re-launch
after a bottom job tomorrow. I have looked at various PTFE or silicone
based lubricants, but am not sure what is the closest equivalent to the
Forespar product. Any timely suggestions would be appreciated.

Lanocote is a good product for something like that.

Lanocote is what they used to recommend, then they started recommending their own brand.Just don't use anything silicone based, or anything that might cause rubber seals to swell. Jeff Hare

I use this Starbrite grease http://www.starbrite.com/item/white-ptef-lubricant and a small chip brush to apply grease to the closed valve ball from under the boat while in my cradle.
