Good luck with the sale.  I have had my 2005 320 on the market for
months in California, with little interest.

Yacht World lists 32 320s, and 21 of them have had price
reductions.  And still are not selling.

My broker says this is the worst market he has seen since 2008.

What helped is that it in Bristol shape.

Yes, search sailboatlistings.com and look for Massachusetts.

I am surprised that 320 are not selling giventhe new prices for the 6 series. For example, the price of a new Catalina 356 is around US$408,868, according to boats.com, and YachtWorld. This price is for a fully equipped and outfitted model, including options and delivery. The base price from the factory is lower, at $284,838.

The audience for the newer 5 and 6 series boats is not the same market as
someone looking for a used 320. The bottom was already falling out of the
market last fall and that accelerated significantly over the last 5 months.
I doubt a relatively clean 320 is worth more then $40K now and if there
are problems, forget about it, so many great boats on the market in that
price range the 320 simply gets lost in the noise.
