Automation Test Lead

1. Propose and project new automation testing solutions to customer
2. Perform InSprint testing and adopt / introduce best practices as required
3. Resolve technical challenges across projects, create new framework that can handle new technological adoption
4. Participate in all Agile ceremonies (Planning, Demo, Closure, Scrum meetings)
5. Across shore communication with project team members and provide guidance / identify risks / project communication
6. Closely work with development team for sorting out issues & clarifications
