Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle IAM & Security Consultant to provide end-to-end Identity and
Access Management (IAM) and security support across the Oracle Cloud ecosystem. The role spans Oracle
Fusion (HCM and ERP), Warehouse Management System (WMS), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM),
Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC),
and Oracle Redwood applications. The successful candidate will design, implement, and maintain secure
role-based access controls, ensure least-privilege principles, and uphold compliance with SOX, GDPR, and
internal security policies.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive Oracle IAM and security support across Fusion (HCM and ERP), WMS, EPM, OTM,
OCI, OIC, and Oracle Redwood applications.
• Design, implement, and support role-based access control (RBAC) frameworks across Oracle Cloud
applications.
• Create, modify, and maintain custom roles and duty roles in Oracle Fusion and related modules to meet
evolving business requirements.
• Perform user provisioning and de-provisioning activities while enforcing least-privilege access and
Segregation of Duties (SoD) compliance.
• Conduct periodic access reviews, security audits, and remediation activities to identify and resolve access
risks.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to gather access requirements and translate them into secure,
scalable IAM solutions.
• Configure and support security settings across Oracle Fusion, OIC, WMS, OTM, and EPM environments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for role definitions, access policies, provisioning workflows,
and security configurations.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with SOX, GDPR, and internal organizational security policies and standards.
• Participate in incident response and troubleshooting related to access issues, role conflicts, and security
incidents.
Required Qualifications
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM) and security
administration in Oracle Cloud environments.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Applications security (HCM and/or ERP), including role design, duty roles,
data security policies, and role hierarchies.
• Proven experience with user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access lifecycle management.
• Solid understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles and experience implementing/monitoring SoD
controls.
• Familiarity with Oracle Redwood UI and related security configurations.
• Experience supporting security across multiple Oracle Cloud products (WMS, EPM, OTM, OCI, OIC
preferred).
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOX and GDPR as they apply to application security and
access controls.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to translate business needs into
technical security solutions.
• Strong documentation and process orientation.
Preferred Qualifications
• Oracle Cloud certifications (Fusion HCM/ERP Security, OCI, or related).
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) security and identity federation.
• Prior involvement in large-scale Oracle Cloud implementations or migrations involving Redwood.
• Familiarity with Identity Governance tools or privileged access management solutions.
• Exposure to audit support and external/internal security assessments.
