Position: Cloud Platform Engineer

Location: Alpharetta, GA-(Hybrid 3 days onsite / week)

Duration: 12+Months Contract-C2C 

Over all Min 12+Years Exp MUST

Required Experience & Skills

12+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or related disciplines.

Deep expertise with CI/CD systems (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, ArgoCD, etc.) and pipeline-as-code patterns.

Python and experience with Agentic automation / understand genetic orchestration (MCP /callable agents)

Strong working knowledge of AWS and/or Azure, Kubernetes, containerization, Java ecosystems, and data platforms.

Proven experience building scalable automation frameworks, agentic orchestration, and infrastructure validation utilities.

Demonstrated ability to navigate complex team dynamics, influence without authority, and drive adoption across cross-functional groups.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience conducting architecture reviews, providing technical recommendations, and aligning teams to standards.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a continuous improvement mindset.

Nice to Have:

Experience with policy-as-code tools (OPA, Conftest, Sentinel), IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep), and observability stacks.

Exposure to enterprise governance frameworks, SDLC maturity assessments, and capability uplift programs.

Background in leading or contributing to cloud migration or modernization efforts at scale.
