For this particular engagement, these are the key skills:
· Expert in advice on setting up JIRA for large scale programs, configure and create dashboards in JIRA
· Knowledge of Agile methods and how to apply JIRA best practices to Agile development.
· Mostly Advisory.
Additionally, we’re looking for the following required experience/expertise from our Salesforce SBAs:
· Experience with business requirements gathering techniques and business process mapping/design
· 5+ years of technology consulting or similar relevant industry experience
· Experience managing at least two large-scale full-life cycle Salesforce implementations of business solutions
· 3+ years in a business or functional project lead role
· Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
· Experience presenting to senior-level leadership or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)
· Computer Science or Business Information Systems Bachelor's or Master’s degree
The following are our preferred qualifications:
· Technology transformation implementation experience
· Proficiency in project management
· Experience with change management, including: rollout planning, training plan development, and user adoption
· Admin Certification
· Experience with Einstein Analytics/Tableau
· Familiarity with Agile principles or experience working on Scrum teams
· Knowledge of integration platforms like MuleSoft
Role: Desktop Engineering SME - SCCM & Windows
Location: Dearborn, MI - Remote during 2021 Open to relocate on 2022
Duration: 3 months Contract

Must Have Skills:
· 5+ years of hands-on experience, managing below technologies.
· SCCM, Windows Server and Desktop Family OS, Master Image Management
Responsibilities/Job Description:
1. Handling day-to-day Application Packaging & OS Image Management
• Daily Server Health Check
• Job Scheduling
• Strong troubleshooting skills for Desktop, Laptops & Peripheral devices
• Hands on experience for Windows, Linux & IoS Corporate Devices
• Creating image update on all the Live and Test servers and maintaining the Disk
• vi. AD and Group Policies
• x. Strong knowledge of Microsoft based systems with emphasis on Windows 7/10, Windows * * Server 2012/2016 and Office 2013/2016/365/2019
2. Hands-on experience in managing VDI infrastructure
3. Good knowledge ITIL processes; especially Incident Management & Change Management
4. Good understanding of IT infrastructure concepts and components such as Servers, Network devices, App & Web Services Cloud components and associated interconnections
