Job Title: Financial Reporting Consultant
Location: 100% Remote – Bellevue, Washington based client
Duration: 8–10-week contract
Job Details:
We are seeking an experienced Financial Reporting Consultant to support a short-term engagement focused on creating, editing, and optimizing a wide range of financial reports. This person must be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of independently designing financial reports without needing fully defined report specifications. Experience with Solver (formerly BI360) is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop new financial reports—including P&Ls by department, product line, and other key dimensions—based on business needs.

Edit, enhance, and validate existing financial reports to ensure accuracy and usability.

Translate high-level reporting requests into fully built reports without requiring row-by-row or column-by-column specifications.

Collaborate with finance stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, metrics, and intended outcomes.

Ensure reporting layouts are intuitive, consistent, and aligned with financial best practices.

Leverage Solver (BI360) to build and deliver high-quality reporting outputs.
Required Skills:

Strong experience with financial reporting and analysis.

Hands-on experience with Solver (also known as BI360); required or highly preferred.

Solid understanding of accounting and finance fundamentals (e.g., P&L structure, departmental reporting).

Ability to independently think through reporting needs and determine the best data structure and layout.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly within tight timelines.

Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with finance teams.
