Job Description:
Backend Development:

Primary focus on Node.js for backend services - Typescript, Javascript

Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices deployed on AWS.

Implement and integrate APIs, ensuring seamless communication with internal systems and third-party vendor services.

Write, test, and deploy backend code using Node.js and AWS services.
· Cloud Infrastructure:
-
Utilize AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, etc.) to build, deploy, and manage applications.

Optimize deployments for performance, scalability, and reliability.
· API Integration & Design:
-
Collaborate with product managers to define API specifications.
-
Design solutions that integrate vendor APIs into existing systems.

Create documentation and maintain version control for APIs
Experience:
-
10 years of hands-on experience in backend software engineering.

Proven track record of designing, building, and maintaining backend systems.
Technical Expertise:
-
Strong proficiency in Node.js for backend development.
-
Extensive experience deploying
microservices on AWS, leveraging services such as Lambda, ECS, or Fargate.

Deep understanding of API integration and experience building microservices that integrate with third-party vendor APIs.

Strong backend integration skills, including data handling, API orchestration, and service-to-service communication.
System Architecture & Design:

Demonstrated experience in architecting and designing backend systems.

Familiarity with platform-level system design, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
Leadership & Independence:

Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

Strong initiative in driving technical solutions and collaborating with vendors.
