Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Location: Hybrid 4 days onsite in Portland OR.

• Monday-Thursday (Onsite), 

Duration: 6 months with potential for extension

H1B/H4-EAD PP No. Mandatory

10+ Years Experience.

• AWS (moderate experience preferred)
• Nutanix
• Terraform / Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Windows Server Administration
• Infrastructure Migration Projects
• Process Documentation
• Security & Compliance (ISO-certified environments preferred)

 

Work Description:

• Support day-to-day infrastructure operations and ongoing cloud initiatives.
• Partner closely with the Infrastructure Architect to design and implement cloud solutions.
• Assist with the transition of infrastructure and applications to SaaS-based platforms.
• Support the migration of existing infrastructure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Administer and support Linux-based environments, with a strong focus on Ubuntu.
• Participate in the migration from VMware to Nutanix.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, processes, and operational procedures.
• Ensure infrastructure aligns with security and compliance requirements, including ISO-certified environments.
• Thrive in an evolving environment with limited established processes, helping define and improve operational standards.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to solve complex infrastructure challenges.
• Handle sensitive and confidential data while maintaining strong security practices.
