Role: SAP SD Lead
Location: 3 days onsite in Bridgewater NJ 08807 (Need Only Locals or Near By)
Experience: 15–18 years
Duration: 6+ Months Contract to Hire
Implementation Experience: Minimum 3–5 End-to-End SAP S/4HANA Implementations (SAP SD Focused)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP SD Lead to lead the design, implementation, and global rollout of SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution (SD) processes across key regions including the US, India, and Ireland. This role is critical to enabling standardized and compliant Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes while supporting complex US pharmaceutical commercial sales requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. SAP SD Solution Leadership
Lead end-to-end design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA SD across global business units.
Own the complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle including sales order processing, delivery, billing, returns, and credit/debit notes.
Drive global template standardization.
2. US Pharmaceutical Commercial Sales Expertise
Design SAP SD solutions for US pharma sales models including distributor-based sales, pricing agreements, chargebacks, rebates, promotions, and returns.
Partner with US commercial and finance stakeholders.
3. Integration with SAP and External Systems
Ensure seamless integration with SAP FICO, MM, WM/EWM, PP, and QM.
Lead integration with 3PLs, EDI platforms, distributors, and logistics partners.
4. SAP S/4HANA Implementation & Rollout Leadership
Lead blueprinting, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
Support global rollouts for India and Ireland.
5. Master Data & Governance
Govern SD master data including customer master, pricing, and hierarchies.
Ensure data consistency and governance.
6. Compliance & Audit Readiness

Required Skills & Qualifications:
15–18 years of SAP SD experience in pharma or life sciences.
3–5 end-to-end S/4HANA implementations.
Strong O2C, pricing, billing, and returns expertise.
Strong integration knowledge with FICO, MM, WM/EWM, PP, QM.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
US pharmaceutical commercial experience.
Experience with wholesalers, distributors, chargebacks, rebates.
Exposure to aATP and Settlement Management
