Role: SAP Integration Lead – Global IT
Location: 3 days onsite in Bridgewater NJ 08807
Experience: 15–18 years

Implementation Experience: Minimum 2–3 End-to-End SAP S/4HANA Implementations in Integration Lead / Integration Manager role
Regions Supported: United States, India, Ireland
Key Responsibilities:
1. Integration Strategy & Architecture Leadership
- Define and own the overall integration strategy and architecture for SAP S/4HANA.
- Design scalable, secure, and reusable integration patterns aligned with Clean Core and future-ready principles.
- Establish standards for synchronous/asynchronous integrations, error handling, monitoring, and reprocessing.
2. SAP S/4HANA Integration Delivery
- Lead integration design and execution for 2–3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Act as the central integration authority across all SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Ensure seamless integration across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Produce, Record-to-Report processes.
3. Middleware & Platform Expertise
- Lead hands-on and architectural use of SAP CPI (Integration Suite), SAP Datasphere, SAP BTP integration services, and Boomi.
- Define integration governance for APIs, events, IDocs, files, and messaging frameworks.
4. Manufacturing, Quality & Supply Chain Integrations
- Own integrations between SAP S/4HANA and manufacturing systems such as MES and Logbook systems.
- Lead integrations with Track & Trace / Serialization systems.
- Manage integrations with Quality systems such as QMS and LIMS.
- Ensure seamless integration with Warehouse systems such as Manhattan WMS and other 3PL platforms.
5. Commercial, Procurement & Enterprise Integrations
- Lead integrations with Commercial systems such as CRM, Flex, and customer platforms.
- Manage integrations with Procurement systems such as Coupa.
- Lead integrations with enterprise platforms including Data Lake and MDM solutions.
- Ensure data consistency, master data synchronization, and transaction integrity across platforms.
6. Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Establish integration governance including design reviews, security controls, and monitoring standards.
- Support regulatory audits by providing integration documentation, data flow diagrams, and control evidence.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical GxP and internal IT controls.
7. Program & Stakeholder Leadership
- Act as Integration Lead / Manager for a complex, multi-year global S/4HANA program.
- Lead internal teams, system integrators, and multiple vendors across geographies.
- Work closely with SAP functional leads (FICO, SD, MM, PP, QM, WM) and business stakeholders.
- Provide regular status, risk, and dependency reporting to program leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 15–18 years of IT experience with deep focus on enterprise integrations.
- Proven experience as Integration Lead / Integration Manager in 2–3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Strong hands-on and architectural experience with SAP CPI / Integration Suite, SAP Datasphere, and Boomi or similar middleware platforms.
- Extensive experience integrating SAP with manufacturing systems (MES, Logbook), Track & Trace, Quality systems (QMS, LIMS), Warehouse systems (Manhattan WMS, 3PL), Commercial platforms (CRM, Flex), Procurement systems (Coupa), Data Lake and MDM platforms.
