Role: Release and Delivery Lead
Location: Dallas, TX, 75342 - only local profiles. (TX DL Mandatory)
(Remote. 2/3 days in a month to Dallas office and once in three months to Nashville, TN
MOI: Two rounds of interview. One teams. One F2F
Rate : $60/hr on c2c
Key Skill to focus on: AWS Cognito, Stakeholder Management & Delivery Management
Roles & Responsibilities
· At least 10+ Years experience over all IT experience
· Develop and maintain release schedules, ensuring alignment with project timelines and business goals.
· Coordinate release activities across multiple teams, including development, QA, and operations.
· Manage release documentation, including release notes and deployment guides.
· Oversee the build process, ensuring that builds are stable, reliable, and repeatable.
· Implement and maintain build automation tools and processes.
· Troubleshoot build issues and work with development teams to resolve them.
· Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with releases and builds.
· Develop contingency plans to address potential release issues.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for release-related inquiries and issues.
· Facilitate communication between development, QA, operations, and project management teams.
· Conduct release readiness reviews and post-release retrospectives.
· Continuously evaluate and improve release and build processes.
· Implement best practices & industry standards to enhance efficiency & effectiveness of release management.
