Job Description:

We are looking for a Databricks ETL Testing Engineer to validate and test data pipelines built on Databricks. The candidate will ensure data accuracy, quality, and performance across ETL workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test and validate ETL pipelines in Databricks.

• Perform source-to-target data validation.

• Validate transformation logic using SQL and PySpark.

• Test Delta Lake tables and data workflows.

• Identify data issues and support defect resolution.

• Perform regression and integration testing.

• Ensure data quality and compliance with standards.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Databricks.

• Strong SQL skills.

• Experience with Spark / PySpark.

• Experience in ETL/Data warehouse testing.

• Knowledge of Delta Lake.

• Basic understanding of CI/CD processes.

Experience Required:

• 4–7 years of ETL/Data Testing experience.

• 2+ years of Databricks experience preferred.
