Role Overview
We are looking for a cutting-edge Senior Salesforce Developer to join the Aetna team in Hartford. This is a unique role that bridges traditional Salesforce development with the new frontier of AI-driven automation. You will be responsible for building and maintaining enterprise CRM solutions while leading the implementation of Agentforce AI agents. The ideal candidate must be a local professional who can participate in face-to-face interviews and work onsite daily, collaborating across onshore and offshore teams in an Agile/SAFe environment.
Technical Core & Responsibilities
AI & Agentforce Innovation
- Agentforce Implementation: Design and build autonomous AI agents using the Agentforce platform to streamline customer and broker interactions.
- AI Strategy: Leverage the Agentforce Specialist skillset to integrate generative AI capabilities within existing Salesforce workflows.
Advanced Salesforce Development
- Lightning Web Components (LWC): 1+ years of hands-on experience developing modern, high-performance UI components.
- Apex Mastery: Develop complex Apex Classes, Triggers, and Controllers using best practices for scalability and performance.
- Programming Depth: Utilize your background in Core Java and JavaScript to build sophisticated integrations and custom logic.
- Declarative Tools: Manage high-level administrative tasks including Workflows, Approvals, Validation Rules, and complex Formula fields.
DevOps & Integration
- Environment Management: Work with Force.com IDE, Ant, and Data Loader; experience with AutoRABIT and GitHub is highly preferred.
- CTI/IVR Integration: (Preferred) Experience connecting Salesforce with IVR technologies like AVAYA or Cisco to enhance the contact center experience.
- Agile Execution: Operate within a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) model, participating in sprint planning and onshore/offshore work synchronization.
