Must have skills

• 6-8 years experience with IBM Datastage
• Good understanding of Unix servers, shell scripts, Cron jobs & Relational databases
• Working experience in Python Programming
• Creating and debugging shell scripts

 

Good to have skills

• Good understanding of snowflake platform
• DatastageAnalyze job failures on datastage Application & on Unix server
• Code migrations
• User creation & assignment of roles
• Work with IBM Support for tool related issues
• Unlock jobs/sessions.
• Good understanding of Shell scripts & Python code
• ControlM
• Take action for failures as needed(kill, force-complete,hold etc..)
• Configure SAP & Unix jobs
• Calender updates, Workload policy creations, getting new agents installed & upgrading ControlM agents.
• Work on Pagerduty Configurations
• Gentran
• Understanding of Maps, mailboxes, FTP scripts
• Analyze custon Java programs.
• Configure/debug Stored procedures on MS SQL.
