Job Title: UX Consultant (React.js)

Role Overview
We are seeking a UX Consultant with a strong blend of user experience design and front-end development skills, along with backend exposure using Python. The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, and high-performance user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals
- Design and develop user-centric interfaces using modern UX principles
- Build responsive and interactive UI components using React.js
- Work closely with backend teams and integrate APIs (Python-based services)
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback
- Ensure consistency with design systems and UI standards
- Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and scalability
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
