- Location: Phoenix, AZ (Must be local to AZ or nearby candidate ready to relocate within 2 weeks)
- Pay Rate: $60/hr C2C
- Duration: 12+ months Contract
- Work Authorization: TN, H4
- Notes: This is a contract role. Relocation is at the candidate's expense.
Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior AEM Engineer with 7–10 years of overall experience and 3–5 years of hands-on AEM development expertise. This role requires you to be local to the Phoenix, AZ, market. You will be instrumental in building and enhancing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) components and features, with a strong focus on content/experience fragments and integrations with other Adobe solutions like Target and Analytics. The ideal candidate has strong Java fundamentals and deep technical knowledge of AEM architecture (Sling Models, OSGi, JCR).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance AEM components, templates, and workflows.
- Build and manage content and experience fragments.
- Integrate AEM with other Adobe solutions (Target, Analytics, Dynamic Media).
- Perform backend Java development within the AEM environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex AEM implementation issues.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of hands-on AEM development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java and AEM architecture (Sling Models, OSGi, JCR).
- Solid understanding of AEM Dispatcher configuration and caching strategies.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Maven.
- Must be local to Phoenix, AZ, or willing to relocate immediately.
- Excellent proficiency in Java and OOP concepts.
